Our client is a Trading MNC, one of the leading players in the Oil & Gas sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a HR Executive to be part of their HR team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Town - easily accessible.
The Duties of HR Executive:
- Manage monthly payroll for overseas offices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Liaise with auditors on payroll and HR documentation.
- Support annual HR budgeting and manpower reporting.
- Oversee leave administration, including childcare leave claims and system enhancements.
- Administer flexible benefits and manage HRIS (SAP/ESS) data accuracy and access.
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, secondment, relocation, and intern processes.
- Prepare statutory submissions, surveys, and tax-related compensation data.
- Manage staff insurance renewals and corporate mobile line administration.
- Verify and process HR-related invoices.
- Organise annual employee engagement initiatives (e.g. awards).
Job Requirements:
- Min Degree in HR or other business-related field
- 3 years of HR operations experience
- Familiar with Singapore employment laws and statutory reporting
