Our client is a Electrical Equipment Manufacturing. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for HR Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central area.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of HR operations.
- Support recruitment activities such as manpower planning, candidate screening, interview coordination, and etc.
- Handle employee onboarding and orientation processes, including work pass administration and HR system updates.
- Administer employee lifecycle matters such as probation confirmation, insurance coverage, benefits claims, and leave management.
- Administer performance review processes.
- Support compensation and benefits reviews by gathering data for benchmarking, surveys, and market analysis.
- Process monthly payroll accurately using HR/payroll systems and ensure timely submission.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files in compliance with internal policies.
- Coordinate training and development activities.
- Support employee relations matters by responding to HR enquiries, facilitating employee communications, engagement initiatives, and investigations when required.
- Assist in reviewing and enhancing HR policies, procedures, and internal processes.
- Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and relevant authorities on HR, payroll, training, and employment-related matters.
- Provide general administrative support related to office operations when required.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Business Administration / Human Resources Management studies or equivalent.
- Min 3 years relevant working experience in related HR functions.
- Knowledge of import/export processes, including Incoterms, invoices, and packing lists would be advantageous.
- Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF contributions, MOM guidelines, and relevant government processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and accountability.
