Job Description:
. Apply, renew, and cancel work passes (e.g., Employment Pass, S Pass, Work Permit) via relevant government portals (e.g., MOM).
. Monitor expiry dates and ensure timely renewals to avoid compliance issues.
. Liaise with government authorities and employees on work pass matters.
. Maintain accurate records of work pass statuses and documentation.
. Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
. Support employee engagement initiatives and assist with internal HR work process
. Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including document preparation, orientation coordination, and staff setup.
. Assist with administrative duties as per assigned by HR Manager
Job Requirements:
. Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
. 1-2 years of relevant HR experience, especially in work pass administration.
. Familiarity with Singapore's Employment Act and MOM regulations.
. Proficient in MS Offices
. Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
. Good communication and organizational skills.
Working hours:
Mon to Fri: 8:30am to 5:30pm
