Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Collaborated with hiring managers to define staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Sourced, screened, and coordinated interviews for junior to mid-level roles.

- Supported local and overseas internship recruitment and placement.

Training & Development
- Handled course registration, grant application (SSG/WSQ), and vendor liaison.
- Managed training budgets and prepared bonds for sponsored staff.

Employee Benefits & Claims
- Administered leave and attendance systems updated HRIS records.

- Applied knowledge of WICA, foreign worker regulations, and government-paid leave schemes.
HR Reporting & Human Resource Information System
- Generated monthly HR reports for headcount, attrition, and training.
- Applied for foreign worker levy waivers.
- Proficient in HR system such as OpenSoft.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Commerce/ Human Resources.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant HR experience in construction / manufacturing industries.
- Experience in payroll management, employees income tax submission, CPF submission and application for foreign work passes.
- Competent in Singapore Employment Act / CPF Act.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Competent in MS Office / presentation.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly.
- Strong interpersonal skills with mature disposition.
- 5.5 working days - Alternate Saturdays (Minimum 1 Saturday a month or maximum 2 Saturdays in a month, Saturday can work from home)
- Preferably able to start immediate / short notice.
