HR Executive

Looking to grow your HR career in a dynamic engineering environment Join Nordic Group Limited as a proactive and resourceful HR Executive supporting recruitment, employee lifecycle management, foreign worker administration, and daily HR operations in a fast-paced environment while ensuring compliance with MOM regulations and company policies.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and orientation activities, including liaising with recruitment agencies
• Facilitate training plans, course sourcing, and training registrations
• Handle application, renewal, monitoring, and cancellation of work permits for foreign employees
• Coordinate employee medical registrations and monthly invoice consolidations
• Manage offboarding processes, including air ticket arrangements and work pass cancellations
• Apply for site entry permits when required
• Maintain and update HR personnel records in the ERP system
• Support employee relations and mediate conflicts when necessary
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, Employment Act, and MOM regulations
• Respond to government/statutory surveys and HR-related queries
• Participate actively in company committees and corporate initiatives
• Perform other HR-related duties assigned by management

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the engineering or construction industry
• Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations relating to foreign workers
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
• Good time management and multitasking abilities
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage time-sensitive tasks
• Strong writing and communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
• A proactive team player with a positive attitude
