Provide office administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the organisation including managing office supplies, stationeries, incoming mails, verification of invoices and payment for invoices
Handle incoming calls and attend to visitors
Responsible for recruitment process including advertising, interview, selection, on-boarding,off-boarding, payroll etc
Maintain proper documentation of employee records, work pass application/renewal/cancellation of foreign employees and assist in all human resource functions and administrative matters of the company
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of human resource management experience is required for this position
Familiar with Employment Act and HR-related policies
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
Good command of spoken, written English and ability to deal with all issues of foreign workers
