Job Profile:

• Assist in HR matters
• Support in recruitment
• Assist in Candidate Sourcing
• Coordinate with candidate for arranging interviews
• Enhancement HR processes
• Market intelligence
• Prepare MI report
• Enhance company's HR documents
• Able to work in IT automated environment
• Post on social media and monitor the post to improve company image

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Diploma in Human Resource Management
• At least 0-2 years of hands-on experience in HR domain in IT consulting industry
• Excellent communications, presentation, organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work as team member and have positive attitude towards work.
• Individual should be able to work independently under guidance
• Candidate should be result oriented.
• Singaporean will be preferred.
