Job Description:

  • Manage Bi-Monthly payroll processing.

  • Talent Attraction plans and secures the organization's manpower. He/she talent outreach plans to source for potential candidates.

  • He/She determines cost-efficient assessments and selection tools to identify the right candidates

  • He/She establishes processes and guidelines to onboard new hires, in charge of full-spectrum HR operations (Such as preparation of employment letters, confirmation letters, renewal, and cancellation of W/S/E passes, etc.,)

  • Arrange and coordinate the resigned staff handover

  • Familiar with Government Grant and liaise with the agency or Gov relevant department

  • Maintain, upkeep, and ensure timely and accurate updates of the HR database, all employee personal files records are completed and treated in the strictest confidence

  • Other government related matters - IR8A, IR21, tax clearance, government, and training grant.

  • Perform general HR administrative and office admin duties

  • Part of PA with Director

  • Any other duties/works as assigned

  • English and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
