Job Description:
We are a construction company looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive cum Admin to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR and administrative functions, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, work pass applications, training, and employee relations.
- Manage administrative duties such as office coordination, documentation, and record keeping.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's employment laws and regulations, especially in the construction sector.
- Support management in HR-related policies and initiatives.
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and HR practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR-related software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently with strong initiative and teamwork spirit.
Working Hours:
- 5.5 days work week
Mon to Fri: 9am - 6pm
Sat: 9am - 1pm
Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: S$3,400 - S$4,000
- Annual Leave: 14 days
- AWS (13th Month Bonus)
Work Location: East Singapore
