Key Responsibilities
. Process monthly payroll, claims, and HR reports
. Manage Work Permit / S Pass / EP applications, renewals, cancellations
. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
. Handle onboarding, offboarding, and issuance of HR letters
. Administer leave, attendance, and staff benefits
. Ensure compliance with MOM, CPF, IRAS and company policies
. Support HR audits, inspections, and internal controls
. Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors on manpower deployment.
. Assist in recruitment, interviews, and job posting.
Requirements
. Diploma or Degree in HR / Business Administration or equivalent
. Minimum 2 years of HR experience preferred
. Strong knowledge of MOM regulations and HR compliance
. Proficient in HRIS, MS Office, and digital documentation
. Meticulous, organised, and able to work independently
. Good communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions
. Location: Tampines office
. Working Hours: 6day (Alternate Saturdays)
