Job Description

Job Summary :

Manage end-to-end foreign-worker recruitment, Work Pass administration and monthly payroll for foreign workers, while ensuring accurate records and compliance with MOM regulations.

Job Responsibilities :

. Manage the full recruitment process for foreign workers, including manpower planning, sourcing, interview coordination and onboarding.

. Handle Work Pass applications, renewals, cancellations, transfers and related MOM matters.

. Coordinate workers medical examinations, insurance, training courses, travel arrangements and onboarding documentation.

. Process monthly payroll for foreign workers, including attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions and unpaid leave.

. Verify workers timesheets and payroll information with site personnel before payroll submission.

. Maintain accurate employee records, payroll data, leave records and Work Pass expiry schedules.

. Handle workers home leave, resignation, repatriation and other employment-related arrangements.

. Coordinate dormitory, accommodation and worker welfare matters when required.

. Prepare monthly payroll reports, foreign-worker headcount reports and other HR-related reports.

. Ensure all foreign-worker employment practices comply with MOM regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

. Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.

. At least 2 to 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.

. Hands-on experience managing foreign-worker recruitment, Work Permit matters and payroll processing.

. Familiar with MOM regulations, foreign-worker employment requirements and Work Pass procedures.

. Candidates who can commence work immediately or within short notice will have an added advantage.
