Internship Programme Management: support the development of structured internship programmes and provide operational and executional support when required
End-to-end internship management: assist with sourcing, recruitment, selection, and offer management
Campus Engagement: help design and execute scalable and sustainable engagement strategies for current and future interns
Support campus outreach events, build alumni networks, and explore collaboration with other business units
Projects: contribute to initiatives such as digitalization and automation for candidate tracking and management, market research, and intelligence capabilities
Ad-hoc tasks: provide support on other projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management
Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant experiences
