Responsibilities:
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes discreetly to ensure a smooth and professional employee experience.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, updating personal details securely within HR systems.
Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.
Advise line managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment matters with discretion and professionalism.
Stay informed on employment laws and ensure compliance with statutory reporting.
Support disciplinary and grievance handling processes, promoting fair and consistent practices.
Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and share insights with management to improve employee experience and retention.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, including focus groups, dialogue sessions, and follow-up on action plans.
Monitor employee confirmation timelines and coordinate with stakeholders on employment decisions.
Support performance management processes, including appraisal exercises, salary review, and bonus administration.
Assist with talent development and career progression initiatives where required.
Requirements:
Dip/Deg with 3 years of relevant working experience in a HR generalist or business partnering role
Knowledge in Employment Act, HR applications and statutory requirements
Good knowledge in advanced MS Excel and IT savvy
5 days week
1 year contract with full benefits including completion bonus
