We are looking for a dedicated and people-oriented Human Resource Executive to join our preschool leadership and operations team.
The ideal candidate will support daily HR functions, ensure regulatory compliance, and work closely with centre leaders to support smooth preschool operations.
This role is well-suited for an HR professional who understands the operational needs of a preschool environment and is passionate about supporting educators and a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and staff deployment
- Handle HR administration including employee documentation, payroll coordination/processing, leave management, and staff movements
- Ensure compliance with ECDA licensing requirements, staffing ratios, and educator qualifications
- Maintain accurate personnel records, CPD tracking, staff certifications, and HR audit documentation
- Liaise with ECDA, MOM, and other relevant authorities where required
- Support and coordinate external training for educators
- Support staff engagement, welfare initiatives, and contribute to a positive and collaborative work culture.
- Submit and manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and appeals via relevant government portals
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within a preschool, early childhood, or education setting
- Familiar with ECDA systems (e.g. CMS, ONE@ECDA) and Singapore employment regulations
- Working knowledge of Frontier (HR System) is an advantage
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail
- People-focused, approachable, and able to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
