1. Recruitment & Staffing
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts and new hire documentation.
2. HR Administration
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems.
Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellations (e.g., EP, S Pass, Work Permit).
Manage staff insurance matters, medical claims, and other HR-related documentation.
3. Payroll & Compensation
Handle monthly payroll processing, attendance verification, and allowance/commission calculations and CPF submissions.
Ensure compliance with CPF, SDL, IRAS submissions (IR8A, AIS), and all relevant government regulations.
Administer employee benefits and manage leave records.
4. Employee Relations & Engagement
Address staff issues, grievances, and conflicts professionally and promptly.
Support employee engagement activities, events, and internal communications.
Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes.
5. Performance Management
Coordinate KPI reviews, performance appraisals and probation assessments.
Track performance evaluation timelines and follow up with supervisors.
6. Compliance & Policies
Ensure HR practices comply with MOM regulations and company policies.
Draft, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
Support audits and maintain strict data confidentiality.
7. Office & General Support
Assist management with administrative tasks, reporting and HR documentation.
