Job Description

Working Days: 5 days with Alternate Saturday
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Alternate Saturday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

We are seeking a 1-2-year HR Executive. This role will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, work pass administration, employee lifecycle management, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations & Administration

  • Manage daily HR operations, including coordination of employee overtime and attendance matters
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
  • Support HR-related administrative processes to ensure smooth business operations

2. Payroll & Compensation

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner
  • Compute overtime payments and ensure alignment with company policies and statutory requirements
  • Assist in payroll verification and resolve discrepancies where required

3. Work Pass & Foreign Worker Management

  • Manage renewal and administration of work passes, insurance, and levy payments
  • Ensure full compliance with Singapore employment and immigration regulations

4. Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Coordinate onboarding processes, including documentation and orientation support
  • Manage off-boarding processes, including: Exit clearance, Work pass cancellations, Tax clearance (IR21) where applicable
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance for all employee movements

5. Grants & Compliance Support

  • Assist in the application and submission of Enterprise Singapore (ESG) grants and other relevant platforms
  • Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with submission requirements

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in a Singapore SME environment
  • Familiarity with payroll processing, work pass administration, and basic HR operations
  • Good understanding of Singapore employment practices and compliance requirements
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
