What will you do
- Partner with business leaders to drive recruitment strategies and manage end-to-end hiring.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a consistent and engaging employee experience.
- Manage payroll inputs, work passes, and statutory compliance with MOM regulations.
- Support performance management, employee benefits, and learning & development initiatives.
- Contribute to HR projects such as digitalisation, engagement, and HRIS enhancements.
What are we looking for
- Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 3 - 4 years HR generalist experience in Singapore.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and MOM regulations.
- Proficient in HRIS, payroll systems, and MS Office.
- Independent yet collaborative, with excellent communication skills.
- IHRP certified.
