Job Description

Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Executive will provide day to day HR operational support for the Company's F&B and Retail businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process full set monthly payroll for both F&B and Retail companies, ensuring accuracy and timely salary payment
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, candidate selection, offer preparation and onboarding.
  • Handle employee enquiries, employment-related matters and day-to-day HR issues.
  • Administer employee insurance matters, including enrolment, renewal and claims.
  • Responsible for statutory payment submissions and claims - IRAS (IR21, IR8A), tax clearance for non-Singaporean, Government-Paid maternity, paternity and childcare leave, etc.
  • Manage MOM Work Pass applications, renewals, cancellations and other employment-related changes for foreign employees.
  • Monitor foreign worker quota and assist with MOM surveys and related submissions.
  • Generate monthly staff commission reports from the system.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave and payroll-related information in the HR system.
  • Assist the HR Manager in implementing HR policies, procedures and employee-related initiatives.
  • Coordinate Company events, including the annual Christmas Dinner & Party.
  • Perform any other HR administrative or ad-hoc duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably within the F&B and beauty industry.
  • Hands on experience in payroll processing is required
  • Experience handling MOM Work Pass matters, IRAS submissions and government-paid leave claims.
  • Self-driven, responsible and able to work independently
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to handle Chinese documentation and communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholder
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with Info-Tech and Time soft HR/payroll systems will be an added advantage
