About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR Executive to join our regional team, supporting our People operations Singapore and Malaysia. You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations while helping create a positive and seamless employee experience across the employee lifecycle.

You are proactive, organized, and enjoy bringing structure and consistency to HR operations. You are comfortable managing multiple priorities across the employee lifecycle, ensuring our people receive a seamless experience from onboarding through to offboarding. You are confident coordinating recruitment activities, supporting internship programmes, maintaining HR compliance and contributing to the smooth running of People operations. What You Do

As an HR Executive, you support the day-to-day HR operations across Singapore and Malaysia, ensuring our people processes are well managed, compliant and delivered to a consistently high standard.

  • You manage day-to-day HR operations, maintaining accurate employee records, employment contracts and HR documentation throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • You coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, candidate sourcing support, interview scheduling, candidate communication and offer administration.
  • You manage internship programmes across Singapore and Malaysia, liaising with universities, coordinating internship agreements and supporting internship conversion activities.
  • You support onboarding, offboarding, employee benefits administration and performance review processes, ensuring a positive employee experience.
  • You coordinate the operational delivery of the Archetype Academy by scheduling training sessions, communicating with regional teams, managing attendance records, uploading learning materials and supporting basic video editing where required.
  • You maintain HR systems and employee data, ensuring information is accurate, current and well organised.
  • You coordinate payroll inputs, maintain HR reporting and support compliance with employment legislation, internal policies and statutory requirements across Singapore and Malaysia.
  • You identify opportunities to improve HR processes, documentation and operational workflows, contributing to greater efficiency across the People function.
  • You provide administrative and project support across regional People initiatives as required.

What You Offer

  • 1–2 years of HR experience, including relevant internship experience, within an agency, professional services or fast-paced commercial environment.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Experience coordinating recruitment activities and internship programmes.
  • Confidence managing HR documentation, employee records and administrative processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with payroll administration and supporting HR compliance activities is advantageous.
  • Experience working in a PR, marketing, or creative agency environment is highly valued, as it helps you navigate the dynamic pace, diverse talent, and client-driven culture at Archetype.
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable using HR systems, Microsoft Office and collaborative workplace platforms to maintain accurate records and support HR operations.
  • A proactive, dependable and collaborative approach, with a genuine interest in continuously improving HR processes and employee experience.
