Job Description

Responsibilities:

This role accountable for effective supportas HR, business needs identification and provide solutionsdelivery, employee relations, legal compliance, HR polices, document managementand some administration.

. Manageand support a broad range of HR functions, including end-to-end cycle recruitment and selection, learning anddevelopment, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and HR policiesand initiatives.

. Manage monthly payroll processing and ensureaccurate and timely submission of CPF contributions and other statutorypayments in compliance with applicable regulations.

. Coordinateand conduct onboarding andorientation programmes for new employees to ensure a smoothtransition into the organisation.

. Develop,review, and update HR policies,procedures, guidelines, and employee-related documentation in linewith organisational requirements and applicable regulations.

. Manageand support work passapplications, renewals, and related government grant applications,ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

. Plan,coordinate, and support trainingand development programmes based on organisational and employeedevelopment needs.

. Provideguidance and support on employmentlegislation and regulatory changes, and assist in assessing their impacton HR policies and practices.

. Supportvarious employee engagement,wellness, team-building, and workplace health initiatives to fostera positive and engaging work environment.

. Handleand provide HR support on employeerelations and employee matters, ensuring issues are addressedprofessionally and appropriately.

. Supportthe performance management andappraisal process, including coordination of performance reviews andrelated documentation.

. Assistin developing and maintaining competitivecompensation and benefits programmes to support employee attractionand retention.

. Support HR workforce planning and budgeting, accordingto business requirements, organisational changes, and workforce needs.

. Prepareand deliver HR-related updates and presentations during monthly HR meetings, quarterlybusiness reviews, management meetings, and company kick-off sessions.

. Supportthe implementation, maintenance, and audit requirements of ISO 9001 and other relevantHR-related processes.

. Maintainaccurate and up-to-date employeerecords, HR documentation, and reports, ensuring confidentiality andcompliance with internal policies.

. Providegeneral HR and administrativesupport and undertake other ad hoc projects and responsibilities asassigned.

Requirements:

- Degree in HumanResource Management or Business Administration equivalent

- Min 2 years working experience in HR relevantcapacity

- Good knowledge of employment regulations & practices

- Proficient in MicrosoftOffice and good writing skills

- Pleasant personality with good communication skills

- Meticulous, resourceful, independent & people oriented

- Fluency in English and Mandarin is a plus.
