In charge of the whole recruitment process (Advertisement - interview arrangement - document preparation - Apply for Employment pass/Work Permits if required)
Conduct orientation and briefing of staff benefits
Prepare monthly recruitment and attrition report
In-charge of screening, register and cancellation of security officer's record through PLRD
Assist logistics duties on uniform issue
In charge in ISO audit 9001
Cover reception when receptionist on leave
Arrange security officer's training course
Assist for PLRD matters
Check leave record and update leave record in the system
Write meeting minutes
Work Closely with operation team for manpower needs
Other administrative issues on HR operations
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
Experience in security industry handling security Officers payroll is advantageous
Conversant with V-Lookup and Pivot table
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Good time management and organizational skills
Working knowledge of relevant legal regulations, like MOM
