The HR Executive supports the organisation's people strategy by driving HR digitalisation initiatives, strengthening training and development programmes, and enhancing employee engagement. This role focuses on leveraging HR technology to streamline processes, building structured learning initiatives, and fostering a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Digitalisation & Process Improvement
Support the digitalisation of HR processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.
Identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows through automation and system enhancements.
Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of HR systems (e.g. HRIS, performance management platforms).
Prepare process documentation, user guides, and provide system training to employees as required.
Ensure HR data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
2. HR Technology Sourcing & Management
Research, evaluate, and recommend suitable HR technologies and vendors to support organisational needs.
Coordinate vendor discussions, system demos, and cost comparisons.
Support system implementation projects, including user testing, data migration, and rollout.
Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and vendors for system-related matters.
3. Training & Development
Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and manage the annual training calendar, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Track training attendance, effectiveness, and maintain training records and reports.
4. Employee Engagement & Experience
Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and activities.
Assist in organising staff events and team-building activities
5. General HR Support
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2-4 years of HR experience, with exposure to HR systems, training coordination, or employee engagement preferred.
Strong interest in HR digitalisation and technology-enabled HR solutions.
Good project coordination and organisational skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office experience with HRIS an advantage.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
