Maintain and update employee information records in employee P-file which includes the scanning and classification of all p-file documents in preparation of electronic archiving and audit purposes
Assist in the employee life cycle process which includes recruitment, onboarding, contracting, orientation & exit for full-time employees & contractors
Update and maintain HR SOP to identify opportunities for process improvement
Assist in the production of the HR quarterly employee magazine
Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Diploma / Bachelor degree in any discipline, preferably with HR specialization
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in MNC companies
Strong in HR daily operational function and activities
High energy level with strong customer service mind set & can-do attitude
Quick learner, great team player and ability to work effectively in a complicated business environment
Well organized, strong process orientation
Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with SAP and Success Factor will be an advantage
Knowledge of local labour laws and legislations
Additional Information
Will be required to travel to another office in Benoi (not on a frequent basis)
