Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee information records in employee P-file which includes the scanning and classification of all p-file documents in preparation of
    electronic archiving and audit purposes
  • Assist in the employee life cycle process which includes recruitment, onboarding, contracting, orientation & exit for full-time employees & contractors
  • Update and maintain HR SOP to identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Assist in the production of the HR quarterly employee magazine
  • Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements
  • Diploma / Bachelor degree in any discipline, preferably with HR specialization
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in MNC companies
  • Strong in HR daily operational function and activities
  • High energy level with strong customer service mind set & can-do attitude
  • Quick learner, great team player and ability to work effectively in a complicated business environment
  • Well organized, strong process orientation
  • Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with SAP and Success Factor will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of local labour laws and legislations

Additional Information
  • Will be required to travel to another office in Benoi (not on a frequent basis)
