- Position: HR Director
- Location: Bukit Batok
- Working hours: 5 Days Work Week - 8.30AM to 5.30PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $9,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus + 14 Days of Annual leave

Responsibilities:
- Partner senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Drive workforce planning, organisational design and transformation initiatives.
- Advise management on people matters, employee relations and organisational change.
- Develop talent acquisition, succession planning and leadership development strategies.
- Implement performance management frameworks, including KPI, OKR and PIP processes.
- Lead employee engagement, retention and culture-building initiatives.
- Oversee full-spectrum HR operations, including recruitment, C&B, payroll, policies and HR systems.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore and Malaysia employment laws and corporate governance requirements.
- Lead office administration, facilities, vendor management and cost optimisation initiatives.
- Manage, mentor and develop the HR & Admin team, setting clear KPIs and accountability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
- Experience in organisational transformation, restructuring, business scaling or HR system setup.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proven leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strategic, business-minded and hands-on with strong execution capability.
- Experience supporting fast-paced or complex business environments.
- MBA, CIPD, SHRM or related certification will be an advantage.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
