Job Description

Responsibilities

1.Partner closely with the Founder/CEO on organizational priorities and strategic initiatives

. Drive cross-functional alignment across teams and leadership stakeholders

. Help translate company vision into operational execution

. Support leadership communication, decision-making, and organizational coordination

. Identify operational bottlenecks and drive resolution

. Lead or support high-priority internal projects and special initiatives

2. Organizational Development & People Strategy

. Build and scale organizational structures, processes, and people systems

. Design and improve performance management frameworks

. Drive leadership hiring and talent assessment

. Develop succession planning and talent development strategies

. Build onboarding, training, and leadership development programs

. Shape organizational culture and internal communication standards

3. Talent Acquisition& Employer Branding

. Oversee strategic hiring initiatives globally

. Partner with hiring managers to define organizational talent needs

. Improve hiring quality, interviewing standards, and hiring processes

. Build strong employer branding and candidate experience

. Help attract top-tier global talent aligned with company values and mission

4. Leadership Operations& Execution Excellence

. Drive accountability and follow-through across leadership teams

. Coordinate internal operational rhythms, planning cycles, and execution tracking

. Improve organizational efficiency and communication flow

. Ensure critical projects move effectively across teams and functions

. Build scalable operational systems in a fast-moving environment

5. Culture & Human Systems

. Build a culture of ownership, transparency, accountability, and collaboration

. Foster ahigh-performance yet human-centered working environment

. Support managers in people-related decision making

. Handle sensitive organizational and people situations with maturity and sound judgment

. Help shape the long-term identity and values of the company

Requirements

. Master Degree holder with min 5 years of experience in Leadership or HR Director role which includes HRBP, Operations, Organizational Development, Consulting, Startup Operations, or related leadership roles

. Experience working in high-growth startup or fast-paced environments preferred

. Experience supporting founders or senior leadership teams is highly preferred

. Strong understanding of organizational dynamics and people management
