Our client, a well-established MNC is seeking for a HR Director ( Regional coverage - Option to base in Singapore or KL ) - SGD $15,000.00 or RM $ 35,000.00 + VB
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant
- At least 8 to 10 of top management experience developing and implementing regional HR strategy aligned with the company's business goals and long-term growth plans. + Overseeing a team in running full Human Resource Operations (include but not limited to Recruitment, Com & Ben, Performance Management, Payroll, L&D Training)
- Strong experience in Stakeholder & Change Management
- Strong communication and writing skills - Experience in HR policy, initiatives and implementation
- Experience leader and driven

- Salary up to SGD $ 15,000.00 or RM $ 35,000.00 + VB
