As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will drive strategic talent initiatives and organizational culture while serving as a key advisor to senior leadership and the board of directors.

• Lead the HR team to develop and execute progressive human resource strategies aligned with long-term organizational goals.

• Partner closely with executive leadership and board members on governance, succession planning, and senior talent strategy.

• Champion workforce engagement, progressive management practices, and an inclusive work environment.

• Lead talent acquisition, leadership development, performance management, and reward frameworks across the organization.

• Oversee full compliance with local employment standards, statutory guidelines, and workplace policies.

skills and experience required

• Degree-qualified, with demonstrated experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably within healthcare or service-oriented sectors.

• Proven track record in C-suite and board level stakeholder management, influence, and strategic advisory.

• Deep understanding of progressive HR management systems, local employment regulations, and fair employment frameworks.

• Strong business acumen with the capability to lead strategic change and nurture a positive workplace culture.
