Job Scope
This role focuses on comprehensive data cleaning and process reviews, working closely with different corporate functions to update data and digitalise staff movement processes.
Your responsibilities include:
- Clean, validate, and standardise personnel data within the HR and Payroll System (HRPS)
- Coordinate across corporate functions (e.g. HR, Tech, Admin) to streamline and automate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Engage with various stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure data accuracy
- Facilitate meetings to align stakeholder needs with practical technical solutions
- Document data cleaning and proper data entry procedures and perform data migration from existing documents
- Facilitate change management and engage stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of process changes
- Prepare user manual and facilitate training for users where applicable
- Track project progress and coordinate deliverables between different teams
Requirements:
- Technical skills such as in Microsoft Excel, Power Query, RPA or other data and automation tools
- Experience with data validation, quality assurance and automation processes
- Good knowledge of SharePoint for collaboration, document management, and workflow coordination
- Strong project coordination abilities and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail when working with large, complex datasets
Contract duration: 6 months contract (with option to extend for another 6 months)
Location: High Street
Working hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 9am - 6.30pm
- Friday: 9am - 6.00pm
- (Flex hours can be arranged with Reporting Officer)
Salary: $15 to $16 per hour
