- Drive Data accuracy and standardization including data extraction, analysis and cleansing.
- Work with institution HR and HR share service team to understand variation of data definition and purpose of field and propose universal cluster level data definitions.
- Identify data inconsistencies and errors across different institutions.
- Analyse data and statistics to form insights to improve data quality and standardization.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify and resolve data issues and conduct data cleansing exercise by the timely base.
- Assist in Data Cleaning, profiling, harmonization, and other components within HR related systems.
- Work on Data Quality reporting to determine the quality of source data being transformed and able to document.
- PMO Support for Data Harmonization and other key MP&A Projects
