Job Responsibilities:
- Support the HR Director in the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding/offboarding, leave administration and maintaining employee records.
- Manage monthly in-house payroll processing, including data collation, verification of salary changes and claims, CPF submissions, IRAS reporting, and statutory compliance.
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of employee benefits, insurance enrolments, and other HR-related documentation.
- Oversee general office administration, including office maintenance, renovation coordination, procurement, vendor and contract management, season parking and travel arrangements.
- Liaise with external service providers and support internal HR or office-related initiatives including ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR and office administration experience, with at least 2 years of hands-on in-house payroll processing experience (essential).
- Good understanding of local employment regulations and statutory requirements (CPF, IRAS, MOM).
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with payroll software will be an advantage.

This is a full-time on-site role based at our Changi Business Park office.
