Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR Director in the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding/offboarding, leave administration and maintaining employee records.
  • Manage monthly in-house payroll processing, including data collation, verification of salary changes and claims, CPF submissions, IRAS reporting, and statutory compliance.
  • Ensure timely and accurate handling of employee benefits, insurance enrolments, and other HR-related documentation.
  • Oversee general office administration, including office maintenance, renovation coordination, procurement, vendor and contract management, season parking and travel arrangements.
  • Liaise with external service providers and support internal HR or office-related initiatives including ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR and office administration experience, with at least 2 years of hands-on in-house payroll processing experience (essential).
  • Good understanding of local employment regulations and statutory requirements (CPF, IRAS, MOM).
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with payroll software will be an advantage.
  • Candidates available to start immediately or on short notice will be given priority consideration.

This is a full-time on-site role based at our Changi Business Park office.
