Job description:
1. Human Resources (HR)
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including statutory submissions
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and compliance with local regulations
- Maintain proper HR documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Support HR initiatives and activities as assigned
- Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to the HR Manager
2. Administrative (Admin)
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
- Handle day-to-day administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and documentation
- Coordinate and assist with administrative tasks assigned by various departments
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and basic procurement
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and logistics
3. IT Support
- Assist in maintaining existing IT systems and infrastructure
- Support the development and implementation of new technology systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT-related issues for staff
- Liaise with external vendors for system maintenance and support when required
