Job Description

Position: HR cum Admin
Salary: $3000-$3800
Working Day: 5 Days
Working Hour: 8.30am-5.15pm
Working Location: Jurong East

Job Responsibilities:

  • Offering complete administrative assistance, including data entry, document management, and filing.
  • Respond to calls, forward them to the appropriate department, and take messages.
  • Work with suppliers to arrange for the purchase, upkeep, and replacement of equipment and services such floor mats, indoor plants, water filtration, cleaning services, and employee transportation.
  • Prepare and process monthly meal voucher distribution for eligible staff.
  • Keep an eye on and restock stationery and pantry supplies.
  • Assistance with monthly payroll, including processing overtime and verifying attendance.
  • Find and handle training requirements (sourcing, administration, and registration).
  • Help with work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Communicate with vendors about problems in the dorm.
  • Plan and coordinate company events as well as staff engagement and wellness initiatives.
  • Any sporadic tasks assigned by the HR Manager in the administrative and HR departments.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
  • Relevant working experience.
