Job Description

Duties

  • Full spectrum of HR function
  • Monthly payroll processing
  • Work pass administration
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of HR system database
  • Company Vehicle matters (eg insurance renewal)
  • Other adhoc duties

Requirements

. Possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources/Accountancy

. At least 1 year of experience in similar capacity

. Independent with good initiative

. Able to multi-task, result-oriented and meet deadlines

. Comfortable working with IT systems and digital tools

. Those with experience in InfoTech system will be an advantage

Job Type: Full-time, 1 year contract convertible to perm

Job location: West of Singapore
