Job Description

Job Summary

Provide comprehensive HR and administrative support focused on foreign employees, including payroll processing, training management, work pass administration, injury claims handling, and personnel record maintenance to ensure smooth HR operations.

Responsibilities

  • Process and submit monthly payroll and related reports accurately and on time
  • Manage employee training and development by administering courses and addressing training needs
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and coordinate repatriation of workers efficiently
  • Administer work injury compensation claims in compliance with regulations
  • Maintain up-to-date personnel records and ensure proper filing systems
  • Deliver full-spectrum HR and administrative support tailored to foreign employee requirements
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned to support HR operations and business needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in administrative and human resource operations
  • Experience in the construction industry is advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong responsibility and self-motivation
  • Proven team player with effective collaboration skills
