Job Description

Work location: 196 pandan loop pantech business hub, S128384

The HR & Admin Assistant supports the Human Resources and Administration functions by handling daily HR operations, employee records, recruitment coordination, and general administrative duties. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth office operations, compliance with company policies, and effective employee support.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Duties

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding arrangements

  • Prepare employment documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, and confirmation letters

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, personnel files, and HR databases

  • Support payroll preparation by tracking attendance, leave records, and overtime

  • Assist in handling employee queries related to HR policies, leave, and benefits

  • Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and relevant labor regulations

  • Support disciplinary documentation, investigations, and HR reporting when required

Administrative Duties

  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, document control, and correspondence

  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and basic procurement

  • Assist in managing dormitory, accommodation, or employee logistics if applicable

  • Coordinate internal communications, notices, and administrative announcements

  • Support scheduling, meeting arrangements, and management of company records

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • fresh graduates is also considered.(training will be provided)

  • Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred Skills (Advantageous)

  • Experience handling foreign workers, permits, or government submissions

  • Familiarity with HR systems or payroll software
