Job Description

About our client: Our client is a Singapore-based Construction and Civil Engineering company.

About the role: Provides administrative, HR operational, and worker coordination support across HQ and project sites. Ensures proper documentation, attendance management, onboarding processing, logistics arrangements and compliance with HR procedures.

  • HR administration and employee records management
  • Attendance, leave, passport and worker-related matters
  • Coordination of medical check-ups and dormitory arrangements
  • General office administration, filing, calls, visitors and invoice processing
  • Logistics coordination such as transport, accommodation, air tickets and entry passes
  • Support audits, onboarding activities and operational coordination
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

About you:

  • Certificate/Diploma in Business Administrationor related field
  • Good administrative and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Positive attitude and willing to learn

Other info:

  • Work location: Thomson Road
  • Work hours: Monday - Friday (8am to 6.15pm)
