We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource & Accounts Receivable Executive to support our operations in Singapore and Malaysia. The role will cover both HR operations and accounts receivable functions.
Human Resource Functions
Support recruitment activities including job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination
Liaise with recruitment agencies, institutions, and online platforms to support hiring needs
Maintain employee records including onboarding and offboarding documentation
Handle MOM-related matters
Support employee training and development initiatives
Research and support applications for relevant government schemes and grants
Manage employee leave records and benefits administration
Maintain HR policies and employee handbook to ensure compliance with employment regulations
Accounts Receivable Functions
Process daily invoices using NetSuite for Singapore and Malaysia operations
Monitor and reconcile Accounts Receivable balances at month-end
Follow up on outstanding or rejected invoices with internal teams and customers
Administrative Support
Monitor and verify logistics and delivery expenses with logistics partners
Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields
Minimum 3 years of relevant HR working experience
Familiar with Singapore employment regulations including MOM, CPF, and statutory requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Meticulous, organised, and able to work independently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
