Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
- Manage recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews coordination)
- Handle onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Process payroll, leave tracking, and attendance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Accounts:
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Assist in monthly financial closing and reporting
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and external parties
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in HR, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Knowledge of payroll and basic accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Able to multitask and work independently
