Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR cum Accounts Excutive / Manager to join our team. If you enjoy handling both people and numbers, this dual-role position could be a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

  • Manage recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews coordination)
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Process payroll, leave tracking, and attendance
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Accounts:

  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
  • Assist in monthly financial closing and reporting
  • Maintain proper filing of financial documents
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, and external parties

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in HR, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Knowledge of payroll and basic accounting principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Able to multitask and work independently
