Looking for a HR Coordinator to support daily HR operations and assist across a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, work‑pass administration, and HR project support.
Responsibilities
. Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities.
. Support onboarding by preparing new‑hire documents and coordinating orientation activities.
. Maintain and update employee records and HR system data.
. Support end to end exit processes liaising with relevant stakeholders.
. Assist with HR engagement activities such as events, surveys, and wellness initiatives.
. Check and verify HR‑related vendor invoices for processing.
. Support work‑pass related activities.
. Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Qualifications
. Fresh A level or Diploma holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
. Strong communication, organization, and administrative skills.
. Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
