Job Description

Motul invites a driven, resourceful, and creative HR Content Creation Intern to join our team in crafting compelling content that brings our employer brand, people stories, and HR initiatives to life.

From Day 1, you will play an active role in developing video and digital content that supports Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition efforts, while gaining hands-on exposure to core HR activities. You will work closely with HR stakeholders across the Asia Pacific region, gaining insights into how HR strategies, people processes, and storytelling come together to shape employee experience.

Area of Responsibility

Employer Branding & Content Creation

  • Drive Employer Branding initiatives by developing video and digital content aligned with Motul's Employer Brand Proposition and HR strategy.
  • Participate in conceptualisation, brainstorming, and pre-production planning to create cohesive and engaging storytelling.
  • Develop content ideas, scripts, and storyboards that reflect Motul's culture, values, and employee experience.
  • Film and produce content, operating basic production equipment and capturing authentic people stories.
  • Execute post-production editing, incorporating stakeholder feedback to deliver high-quality, publish-ready content across internal and external platforms.
  • Support content adaptation for different formats and channels (e.g. short-form videos, social media, internal communications).

Human Resources Exposure & Support

  • Gain hands-on exposure to HR Generalist activities, with a focus on Talent Acquisition (employer branding support, recruitment campaigns, interview coordination support, candidate experience initiatives), Employee Engagement initiatives (internal campaigns, events, and communications), HR process planning and documentation, supporting improvements to HR workflows and people practices
  • Assist the HR team in regional HR initiatives across Asia Pacific, working with stakeholders from different countries and cultures.
  • Support ad-hoc HR projects and activities that contribute to employee experience.

Key Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in video editing tools and software
  • Educational background in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Visual Communications, Media, or related fields
  • Interest in Human Resources, particularly Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and people processes
  • Growth-mindset driven: demonstrates curiosity, resilience, and the ability to view challenges as learning opportunities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Adaptable, organised, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
