Key Responsibilities
HR Advisory & Operations
- Provide end-to-end HR support to assigned clients, including HR operations, policies, and compliance
- Conduct HR audits, gap analysis, and recommend practical improvements
- Advise clients on Singapore employment laws and MOM compliance requirements
Employee Engagement & Development
- Design and support employee engagement initiatives and learning programs
- Coach business owners and managers on people management best practices
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to startup founders and SME leadership teams
- Collaborate closely with Resource Impactz and other HR partners on shared projects
Requirements
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 2-8 years of HR experience, preferably across SMEs, startups, or consulting environments
- HR Certification (e.g. SHRM, IHRP, CIPD, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements
- Practical, solution-oriented mindset with strong execution skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving business environments
Work Arrangement
- Project-based / Contract / Freelance

- Commission based 30% - 70% (depending on the project)
