What You'll Do
Design and implement scalable, future-ready HR processes tailored to client and organizational needs.
Analyze and re-engineer existing HR operations to identify opportunities for efficiency, digital enablement, and employee-centric improvement.
Facilitate transformation programs that enable seamless adoption of new ways of working and cultural change across the organization.
Collaborate closely with HR, business, and technology partners to ensure alignment between people strategies and organizational goals.
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in HR transformation, process design, or operating model redesign.
Strong proficiency in Employee Lifecycle Management and Human-Centric Talent & HR Process Design.
Proven ability to translate complex business needs into practical, outcome-driven HR solutions.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and change-management skills.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
