The Role
We're looking for a proactive and analytical HR Business Partner / Talent Acquisition Specialist / Compensation Analyst to support recruitment, people operations, and workforce strategy initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about talent management, employee experience, HR operations, and helping organizations attract, support, and retain exceptional talent.
What You'll Do
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition activities across teams
- Coordinate employee engagement, workforce planning, and HR operations initiatives
- Assist with compensation analysis, benchmarking, and HR reporting activities
- Prepare HR documentation, reports, presentations, and workforce insights
- Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership teams on staffing and people strategies
- Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, performance coordination, and retention efforts
- Monitor HR metrics, recruitment pipelines, and workforce trends
- Assist with policy implementation, compliance coordination, and HR process improvements
- Contribute to initiatives that improve workplace culture and employee experience
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Management, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, compensation analysis, or related roles
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and workforce insights
- Familiarity with HR systems, recruitment platforms, or compensation frameworks is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and confidential information professionally
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building capabilities
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
