Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering exclusively with a top-tier global financial services group to appoint a strategic and forward-thinking HR Business Partner SVP (APAC) to join the regional HR function based in Singapore, working in a strategic and hands on individual contributor role.

Reporting directly to the HR Director for APAC, and partnering closely with the Front Office leadership team, this individual will operate as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, driving the people agenda and HR transformation for the Sales & Trading business. You will deliver a best-in-class HR Advisory / Partnering service across multiple countries within a lean regional HR function, working closely with HR Centers of Excellence.

This individual will work as an integral part of the regional leadership team, shaping and executing HR strategy across APAC. You will lead on key HR processes such as talent management and succession planning, leadership development and learning, employee relations and policy, performance management, reward (salary and bonus reviews / sales plans). You will also drive regional HR projects and partner with global counterparts in Europe and the US to ensure alignment on initiatives such as culture, career paths, and HR transformation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record operating in regional or global HR Business Partner roles (SVP/VP level) within other top-tier financial services organisations. Experience covering Sales & Trading and/or Investment Banking in a highly regulated, complex matrix environment is essential. You will be comfortable operating in a strategic and hands-on capacity, in a highly visible role.
