Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to deliver strategic HR support aligned with organisational goals.
- Implement and administer HR policies, practices, and initiatives while ensuring consistent application across the organisation.
- Build strong working relationships with managers and provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and people-related matters.
- Support recruitment initiatives to attract and onboard quality talent.
- Lead and manage employee relations matters, including investigations, grievance handling, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns.
- Coach and support managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate with regional and corporate HR teams to develop and implement people initiatives that enhance business performance.
- Contribute to workforce planning, HR strategy, and organisational development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Participate in HR projects and undertake additional responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience, preferably in a business partnering or employee relations function.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Proactive, organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Confident in providing guidance on HR policies and handling employee relations matters.
