Job Description
- Partner business leaders and managers on employee relations, organisational design and workforce planning initiatives
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, internal mobility and offboarding processes
- Advise stakeholders on HR policies, employee matters and people-related business decisions
- Support compensation and benefits activities including salary benchmarking, market intelligence and remuneration processes
- Coordinate learning and development programmes to support employee growth and compliance requirements
- Prepare and analyse HR reports, metrics and workforce data to support decision-making
- Participate in local and regional HR projects focused on process improvement, operational excellence and employee experience
The Successful Applicant
- Degree qualified in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
- 8+ years of HR Business Partnering or broad-based Generalist HR experience
- Proven experience supporting senior stakeholders within a complex corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management, employment practices and HR operations
- Experience managing recruitment and talent acquisition activities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and provide practical recommendations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Hands-on, proactive and collaborative approach with strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in financial services, professional services or other regulated industries would be advantageous
