Frazer Jones is pleased to be partnering with a leading private advisory firm to appoint an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join its Singapore office. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior business leaders and support a diverse employee population within a fast-paced and client-centric environment.

As a trusted HR partner, you will provide strategic and operational HR support across the full employee lifecycle, partnering with stakeholders on talent management, performance management, employee engagement, organisational development, succession planning, compensation reviews, and employee relations matters. You will play a key role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives while helping to foster a high-performance and inclusive culture.

The successful candidate will work closely with leaders to provide advice on people-related matters, support workforce planning initiatives, drive annual HR processes, and contribute to regional and global HR projects. In addition, you will collaborate with specialist HR teams to ensure the effective delivery of HR programmes and the continuous enhancement of employee experience.

We are seeking a commercially minded and relationship-driven HR professional with strong stakeholder management skills and a proven track record of partnering senior leaders. Candidates should ideally come from a financial services environment, including banking, asset management, private equity, investment management, insurance, fintech, or related sectors. Experience handling employee relations cases, performance management, and talent initiatives within a dynamic and regulated environment will be highly advantageous.
