Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a respected organization in the global logistics sector to appoint a Human Resource Business Partner. Based in Singapore, this role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal part in shaping the organization's people agenda while supporting business growth and operational excellence across the region.
Reporting to the Lead of Business Partnering, you will partner closely with senior business leaders including the Csuites to deliver HR advice across a range of critical areas such as organization design, talent planning strategy and change management. In addition to managing core HR activities such as workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement, you will play a central role in shaping people-related decisions and providing strategic counsel to senior stakeholders. The organization is looking for someone who brings a strong understanding of their employeelifecycle depth and can offer an informed, consultative perspective when evaluating new policies, initiatives, and global HR programs. This includes assessing potential impacts across markets and ensuring alignment with global and local HR considerations.
A key expectation of the role is the ability to work with a wide network of stakeholders across global leads, local HR teams, and senior executives. This appointment calls for a HRBP who is confident in influencing, challenging assumptions, and pushing back constructively when needed, even at senior levels. You will be instrumental in elevating the HR function's maturity, helping the business transition from a model previously centered on talent acquisition and operational HR towards one that is strategically involved in organizational effectiveness, talent planning, and long-term workforce development.
The ideal candidate will bring around eight to ten years of progressive HR experience, with a strong foundation across the full spectrum of employee lifecycle activities. Strong stakeholder management capabilities are essential, as is the ability to communicate with clarity, establish credibility, and navigate the complexity of working with multiple senior stakeholders.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven HR practitioner who is looking to play a strategic role within a dynamic, fast-growing organization. You will have the platform to shape people outcomes at scale, contribute to meaningful organizational transformation, and partner closely with senior leaders who value thoughtful, forwardlooking HR leadership.
