Job Description:

Assist in coordinating the rollout of HR initiatives across different business teams and regions
Support collaboration between Business Teams and Centre of Excellence (COE) functions to align HR programs with business needs
Contribute to HR projects in areas such as recruitment, talent management, learning & development, compensation & rewards, employee relations, recognition, and strategic development
Help with project management activities, including planning, tracking progress, and preparing reports for stakeholders
Conduct research and benchmarking to provide insights for HR projects and decision-making
Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of HR initiatives and suggest areas for improvement
Support ad-hoc HR-related tasks and duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements:

Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and stakeholders
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
A keen interest in HR strategy, people development, and organizational growth
