Able to quickly grasp business status and team operations, understand business strategies, and promote the effective implementation of HR strategies within business units. - Based on the status of the business team, clearly define competency models, design employee career development paths and training programs, and effectively formulate and implement talent development plans with proper follow-up. - In line with business development needs, apply professional theories, methodologies, and tools to provide comprehensive HR solutions for business teams, including but not limited to recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations. - Establish effective and diversified communication channels within the team to ensure smooth information flow within the organization, and promote corporate culture building and employee engagement.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s): - 3+ years of experience in corporate management consulting or in-house HR roles, with in-depth hands-on experience in 1-2 HR functions such as HRBP, TA, performance management, training, employee relations, or corporate culture. - A certain level of understanding of internet-based businesses strong curiosity and willingness to learn. Capable of global communication and collaboration, and able to use collaboration tools to tackle global organisational diagnosis, adjustment, and improvement tasks. - Strong hands-on ability, capable of closely linking HR work with business needs and contributing to business success. - Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to facilitate effective communication with Mandarin-speaking employees and stakeholders, including those based in Mainland China, but it is not mandatory. Preferred Qualification(s): - Bachelor's degree or above.
